There are many colours but most importantly is the type.

Type accounts for sixty five per cent of the dwarf and you would benefit by finding a reputable breeder and establish the colour you would like to breed.

The eye may only be five points, its importance should always be high on the list of requirements for a good typed Netherland dwarf.
PRESENTATION
The presentation of the dwarf is of importance, if it is not presented well you will find the comments will not be as you wished.
Although it is not mentioned in the standard, when the dwarf is posed correctly the rabbit can show the correct balance of type required.
The dwarf needs to be trained to sit up slightly to show the roundness of chest required.
The ears should be held straight at the same time.

CONDITION
Condition in the Netherland dwarf is probably more important than any other breed.
It's small size means that good condition should be paramount in order to live up to the requirements of the breeder and exhibitor.
The requirements are firstly general condition, which contributes to the general well being of rabbits, secondly breeding condition which you need in order to carry on to improve the stock.
There are many different conditions that everyone needs to improve on
